Etisalat has entered Indian telecom market by acquiring 45% shares in Swan Telecom. Have you heard about this company? I also haven’t heard, but after reading the article, I could make out that it may become reasonably big player in the market. Etisalat is UAE’s government held service provider. The services provided by them can put India’s some of the best telecom companies to shame(at least customer service). If Etisalat maintain their quality of service and working style in India, we may see a sea change in quality of services. Yo!!
